This has got to be one of Sydney’s coolest apartments, situated in a prime Inner City location. Our clients have exceptional taste with classic internal layout and design. With this in mind, the intimate garden courtyard needed to complement the internal layout of the apartment and create a sense of connection and flow to the landscape.

With all small spaces, it’s about creating a balance, working with quality materials and clean lines. The courtyard has a bespoke combined sun lounger and BBQ/prep area that support an open dining zone. The low garden wall acts as a visual link and takes you to a more private garden oasis with raised sun lounge deck, tactile planting and sunken spa bath.

Feature tree ferns create additional overhead privacy allowing our clients to enjoy the spa or just cool off under the wall-mounted shower on those hot humid Sydney nights.
